Investigative Learning Kits

Investigative Learning Kits is a new line of hands-on, investigative learning kits to teach about the steps of the food system. The five kits: Farm, Box, Truck and Table – are standards-based and cross curricular, while encouraging creativity and critical thinking. As students progress through this series of kits, they learn about where food comes from and why it matters. These kits are currently being taught in k-2 classrooms in Birmingham City Schools.
